The directors at Projected Civil each have over 25 years’ experience within the civil construction industry and a track record in delivering high quality projects. With our skilled construction team, we specialise in working in joint venture with partners and stakeholders to unlock opportunities to provide value to your projects ranging in complexity, size and location. Our project delivery teams comprise of project managers, engineers, supervisors and field crews.

Damien Delaney (Director)

Damien has 25 years civil construction industry experience specialising in large scale retail developments and residential sub-divisions of which he has successfully managed an impressive portfolio of noteworthy projects ranging up to $50m. He holds a Bachelor of Construction Management and an Advanced Diploma of Management.

Damien went on to be appointed in a senior executive-level management position in a mid-tier construction company which he held for 10 years and assumed the overall responsibility for the leadership and operational management for project works along the Sydney to Newcastle corridor.

Dominic Baraniak (Director)

Dominic has 25 years civil construction industry experience working on a diverse range of large and small scale projects. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and an Advanced Diploma of Management. His project portfolio includes several commercial projects up to $40m as well as projects requiring authority compliance including RTA and Water Authority specifications. Dominic demonstrates confidence with his hands-on application and exhibits great enthusiasm in performing project management roles.

As part of his overall experience Dominic has been actively involved with preparation and pricing on many of the projects he has been involved with. In addition he has been responsible for the development of the QA/OHS & Environmental documentation required for projects and also procurement of subcontractors, materials and associated project engineering and on-site supervision.

Kevin Rigg (Director)

Kevin was GM – Construction of a NSW-based Tier 2 civil contracting company from 2001 till 2018.  During that time he oversaw the creation of new divisional operations in the Sydney, Newcastle and Hunter Valley areas as well as penetration into the rail and mining infrastructure sectors.

Kevin’s primary accountability at Projected Civil is to lead project delivery to achieve the company’s safety, technical and commercial objectives. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering  degree and an Advanced Diploma of Management and his industry experience spans over 40 years including work on many large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects for both government and private organisations.

Kevin’s valuable contribution to the experienced and highly skilled management team at Projected Civil provide certainty in delivery with a personalised service. A collaborative approach with customers is adopted looking to provide value creation through innovation and a trusted relationship.
