Roadworks, NSW
Our team have constructed various roadworks throughout the aforementioned regions for local councils and understand the importance and intricacies when dealing with live traffic environments.
Scope we have managed includes:

Land Subdivisions
Our team has managed the delivery of over 40 residential and industrial subdivisions in various Coucil Jurisdictions for both private developers and listed entities.
The scope of these projects generally follow the same sequence except when large stormwater treatment is required and a bridge or large culvert needed:

Manufactured home estates follow a very similar construction methodolgy to normal size lot residential subdivisions, only that they are generally smaller and closer lots to one another. We have been involved on management of various estate civil works.
When constructing these works we are always mindful of a progressive handover to the builders to ensure timely overall construction and occupancy.

Shopping Centres and Car Parks
Our project management team has delivered civil packages for various shopping centre developments and car parks across the above-mentioned regions in both green and brown field environments.

Scope activities and discplines with these centres have varied comprising some of the below:

Basement Excavations
We have been involved with the delivery of basement excavations throughout Sydney for both apartment buildings and shopping centres.
Generally our scope comprises the following:
- Demolition of onground structures
- Classification and removal of contaminated fill
- Excavation of VENM material and natural rock including the use of hydraulic saws
- Shoring systems including piling, shotcrete and anchors
- Detailed excavation for pad and strip footings
- FRP footings
Rail work, NSW
Our team has experience delivering civil components of works in both the electrified and non-electrified rail networks in NSW.

- Embankment construction and cutting widening
